This demanding role for a top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in Hertfordshire requires a candidate with at least 18 months previous sales * events manager experience in top quality hotels. You will be the number two in charge of the events sales office and will be making reactive events sales, achieving monthly targets, sealing contracts, managing accounts. You will be deputising in the absence of the Events Director and so will be a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Events department. Liaison with heads of departments and operations management will feature greatly within this role, to ensure each event runs as smoothly and professionally as possible. Excellent motivation, sales ability, organisational skills and client relation skills are required for this outstanding opportunity. Live in available at £75 a week for 3 months only.
